Interface Design
I collaborated with another UX designer at Karten Design to design the interfaces for a healthcare device used to support medical professionals in post-operative pain management.
My collaborator worked through the user experience while I focused on the interface design, refining the screens and interactions until the direction was agreed upon.
Prototyping
Once the UI and UX were established, I translated the designs into a working, browser-based prototype. Using HTML and JavaScript, I built a lightweight website that brought the interfaces together into a cohesive, navigable experience.
Interaction & Motion
I used JavaScript and CSS to animate the interfaces and build out the interactions, making the entire experience clickable from start to finish. The prototype allowed the team to experience the device’s intended workflow and evaluate how its screens and interactions worked together.
