Presentation Design
For the M&A research company Valtari I built a web-based demo showcasing an interactive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and pitch book experience. The presentation was designed to communicate complex business information through a polished, structured format tailored to the needs of dealmakers and prospective investors.
Front-End Development
I built the deck from the ground up using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, creating a responsive experience that adapts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Rather than relying on a downloadable PDF, the presentation runs directly in the browser, with built-in navigation and animated transitions that make it easy to move through the material.
Interaction & Delivery
Custom animations and interactive controls bring the presentation to life, creating a more engaging alternative to a traditional static deck. The browser-based format demonstrates how CIMs and pitch books can be delivered as accessible, device-friendly digital experiences, while retaining the option of a PDF for offline viewing.
Interaction & Motion
I used JavaScript and CSS to animate the interfaces and build out the interactions, making the entire experience clickable from start to finish. The prototype allowed the team to experience the device’s intended workflow and evaluate how its screens and interactions worked together.
